How to Order Custom Items

How do I order a team spirit bear?

Start by checking with your gym to see if you can use the actual logo.  If that is not allowed, it’s not a deal breaker.  I can often make a design that reflects the spirit of the team.  For example, using claw marks for Cheer Athletics instead of their actual logo.  Or using the CEA letters instead of the X logo for Xtreme Cheer.

Next, use this link to order your bear.

You’ll need to decide if you want a 2 color logo or a 3 color logo.  There is a cost difference because of the number of designs that will need to be cut and the layers stacked. If you are unsure, see this video.

You also have the choice of bow or personalizing with a name.

Once you have chosen your options, finish the order and I’ll contact you with any questions.  When your bear is done, I’ll ship it with tracking.

One super important thing: I can ONLY use non-trademarked art.

If it’s trademarked and you don’t have permission, I can recreate something similar but not exact. Art recreation costs a bit more due to the extra design work.

How do I order Cheer Shoe Covers?

Start by measuring your athletes shoe.  Do this with a tape measure or ruler.  Measure from the heel to the tip of the toe.  That length determines the size of the shoe cover.

Do not give me a shoe size!  The different shoe brands vary and it’s important that the cover fits snug.

Next, choose the color/style you want, click here.

I’ll make the shoe cover and any bows (optional), then treat the shoe covers with Scotch Gard to repel water on the uppers.

The outter soles are water proof, durable, with tread. They are ADA slip resistant.

Once the shoe covers are done, I’ll ship them to you with a tracking number.

How do I order a keepsake bear?

First, select and wash 2 clothing items (minimum) or blanket that you would like to have me use for the bear(s).

Next, order your bear(s) with this link.

Please use tracking with your package and send me the tracking information so I can watch for it.

I’ll go to work making bears using as much of the details from the garments included.  Buttons, pockets, patches and any art on the garments are used if at all possible. 

Once the bear is done, I’ll send it back with a tracking number.

How do I order a t-shirt BLANKET?

First, select and wash the t-shirts you want to use on the quilt.

Next, order the quilt with this link.  The blanket the blankets (quilts) are priced based on the number of shirts included. The base price is $14.99 per shirt with a 4 shirt minimum.    I cut all the shirts, no need to prep other than washing the shirts.

I will send you a postage paid satchel/envelope for you to send the t-shirts to me.   The cost of this postage is included with the quilt price, as is the cost of shipping the quilt back to you.

When you receive the satchel, place your clean t-shirts inside and drop off at any post office or mailbox.  The postage has tracking so you will know when it arrives at my shop.

I’ll go to work making the quilt.  I’ll a a stabilized backing, sewing them all together and adding a fleece backing to make it comfy.

Once the quilt is done, I’ll send it back with a tracking number.

I have a lot of different t-shirts on the website but maybe you want something different.  I’m happy to help!

Choose your shirt style: t-shirt, v-neck, long sleeve, sweatshirt or hoodie.

Choose your size – some styles go up to 5XL

Provide your own non-trademarked art or I can recreate soomething similar if needed.
