Below you’ll find answers to some common questions about ordering custom items from my small business.

Do you have any promotions or discounts I can use?

I do offer promotions from time to time.  The best discounts are obtained as part of our Cheerdocious Crew email list, click here to sign up and save.

How long does it take to get my order?

Items that are in stock, not customized usually ship within 24 hours.

  • Single item custom orders: 5-7 business days
  • Multi-item custom orders: Add 2-3 extra days
  • Custom logo setup: Add 3-5 extra days
  • Peak cheer season (Oct-March): Add 3-5 extra days

Please account for these processing times when placing your order, especially if you need items by a specific date. Contact me beforehand if you need a rush order.

There are a lot of scams on the web, how do I know your business is legit?

Yes, there are many companies that offer similar products.  You have probably been bombarded on social media.  Understandably, trust is a huge issue.

Total transparency is key – if you can’t find an actual address or phone number on the website you’re ordering from, they probably are not in the US.  You can draw your own conclusions.

What about the quality of the handcrafted items?

The items I sell have a very high quality due to the extra emphasis on the details. Crafters, by nature, are perfectionists.  If you aren’t happy with the quality of the items, let me know so I can make it right.

Do you have a list of colors & sizes?

Yes, the t-shirts come in many different colors and a wide range of sizes.  You can see them all here: Shirt Colors & Sizes

Do you sell gift cards or offer gift wrapping?

Contact me for gift cards or gift wrapping.  I will happily wrap your gift and add a personal note from you with any items.

Where do you ship to? What are the shipping rates?

Orders can be shipped to any of the United States and into Canada. Shipping to any of the 50 states is free.  Shipping to Canada is a flat rate based on the item.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the custom nature of products, most items cannot be returned or exchanged. Regular stock merchandise may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition – contact me first to obtain approval.

What is your privacy policy?

The information collected on this site is used only for order fulfillment and communicating with you.

  • This website does not store any payment information (credit card numbers etc.)
  • I do not share your personal information.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards and paypal. I use Square and Paypal for payment processing. 

What if I need a rush order or have a specific deadline?

If you need your items faster than our standard processing times, contact me before ordering andI’ll let you know if I can meet your deadline. An additional fee will apply. Please give us as much notice as possible.

What if my order is incorrect or the wrong size?

I want you to love what you ordered! If I made a mistake with your order,  contact me promptly by phone or email. I will do whatever it takes to make it right.

How should I measure for custom shoe covers?

Please carefully follow our measuring guidelines when ordering shoe covers.  Shoe covers are measured in INCHES, not shoe size.  Take measurements directly on the shoe itself from heel to toe, using a tape measure or ruler.  See examples on the shoe cover product pages.

Do not size up to allow for growth, as improper sizing can lead to premature wear and tripping hazards. 

Can I use website photos on social media?

Please feel free to share product images if they link back to Cheerdocious! However, images depicting individual athletes are strictly prohibited from external usage without the expressed consent of Teajai and the parent photographer.

What is your return policy? Any other terms or conditions?

We do a lot of custom work and that work, understandably, is not returnable.  Be sure to check everything on your order and watch your email for confirmation so you’ll get what you are expecting.  Items from other sources are returnable, contact me for return authorization.
