Please limit your order to 2 bears so I can handmake them and ship them out in a timely manner. Custom bears normally take me about 2 weeks to personalize & sew, 3 weeks during the holidays. If it'll take longer, I'll let you know.
And if you need to cancel for any reason, I'll refund your payment no problem! But due to the custom work, there are no returns or refunds after your bear ships out.
