In 2017, they took a leap of faith, joining the Made in MT Program and booking as many craft shows as they could. Today, Knotty Pine Woodworks has grown into a full-time job for both JR and Samantha, a journey that showcases their dedication and craftsmanship.
What sets Knotty Pine Woodworks apart is their collaborative approach and their deep connection to their craft. JR and Samantha design projects together, with JR taking charge of the building process and Samantha perfecting the finishing touches.
Their two young children are also enthusiastically involved, participating in everything from harvesting logs to painting, sanding, and even creating their own designs. This family affair keeps them united, having fun while creating beautiful pieces.
